Zhanelle Mitchell serves as a Senior Property Tax Analyst at Relias Law Group, Ltd. She is a results-driven real estate tax professional. She has experience developing cases for various property types including nursing homes, hotels, and data centers. Zhanelle has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s efforts to become digital.

Prior to joining Relias Law Group, Zhanelle worked with other law firms handling petitions for various practice areas including employment law and civil litigation, however, her specialty is property tax appeals. Her responsibilities included assisting clients and attorneys in case development.

Zhanelle’s real estate experience and educational background make her fit for her current role as a Senior Property Tax Analyst. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Journalism at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she attained a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Loyola University Chicago. Zhanelle strives to be a real estate tax expert as she continues to obtain certifications through the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
