Relias & Tsonis, LLC was retained through a relationship with UGL to evaluate and appeal a 49 location portfolio disbursed throughout 19 states. The portfolio was compromised of approximately 50% owned facilities and 50% leased facilities. By systematically analyzing the assessed values of each property, we were able to implement an appeal strategy that effectively reduced portfolio cost and drove profit to the bottom line for each operating entity. Zurich/Farmers saved over $4,500,000 in real estate taxes over a six year period.
