George Relias was retained to evaluate and appeal the office building known as the Corporate Center in Rolling Meadows. George instituted an appeal program that reviewed the asset and evaluated the income producing potential to determine the appeal prospect for that location. He implemented Administrative Appeals and argued successfully the diminished value of the property due to the environmental contamination caused by the neighboring site. Through these efforts Avalon has saved over $750,000 in real estate taxes.
